Pride.

Pride - a feeling or deep pleasure or satisfaction derived from one's own achievements.

Pride gets in the way of everything.
Everything gets left unsaid because
noone is willing to put their pride to
the side & say how anything truly is.

Imagine if each & every one of us
took the time to tell the person we
loved the truth. Or took the time to
let anyone know how it really is.

But we wont do it. -
Pride takes a toll on us.
